The Laird Point Homeowner Association exists to protect the value of our properties through sharing of common expenses and enforcement of neighborhood By-Laws and Covenants.  All Board members are neighbors who volunteer their time and effort without pay for the common welfare of this community.  HOA Payments for Laird Point are $400 per lot, due by February 28th of each year and are considered late by March 10th.  After that date, owners may be assessed a late fee and accrue interest at the rate of 18% per annum (Covenant 8.1c).
